GI Bill proves the merit of political bipartisanship

This Virginian-Pilot editorial hails the GI Bill recently passed by Congress and the bipartisan team of Republican Chuck Hagel and Democratic Jim Webb that “overcame virulent and partisan opposition” to make it law.
